In this webinar, we will present the basics of the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) authority to inspect, how it conducts its inspections, and possible adverse outcomes. The primary mission of the DEA Diversion Division is to prevent, detect, and investigate the diversion of controlled pharmaceuticals while ensuring an adequate supply for legitimate medical, commercial, and scientific needs. As both a regulatory and enforcement agency, DEA must demonstrate its effectiveness and outcomes.
