By "Opting In" to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from IQVIA, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
This agreement is between you and IQVIA or one of its affiliates. All references to "IQVIA," "we," "our," or "us" refer to IQVIA, 2400 Ellis Road, Durham, NC, 27703, US.
DEFINITIONS
"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).
CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING
By opting in, you consent to receive conversational, person-to-person text messages from IQVIA employees using the Text Message Service.
You also acknowledge and agree to IQVIA’s Text Message Service Privacy Policy, which outlines the conditions for consenting to receive text messages from IQVIA or its affiliates, including privacy practices, costs, message frequency, and opt-out options, and is available here.
Mobile opt-in and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
