IQVIA Quality Assurance

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the IQVIA World of Quality Assurance.

IQVIA measures and assesses the quality of our data in two ways: the accuracy of our market estimates - a result from mapping our data with sales information from pharmaceutical manufacturers - and the timely delivery of our offerings. These two elements, along with specific actions to improve or preserve quality, come together in our Annual Report on Quality Assurance, known as ACTS.

Traditionally a print publication, ACTS is now available online in PDF format, getting to its readers more quickly and enabling more dynamic and interactive use.

To save the most recent version of ACTS 2016, or one of its two predecessors on your PC, please right-click any of the icons below and select "Save Target as..."; for online viewing, please click "Download ACTS ... PDF."

After successful download, please activate the navigation view in the PDF file through "View >> Show/Hide >> Navigation Panes >> Bookmarks" keystrokes in Acrobat Reader to help you to move directly to your area of interest.

In case of technical problems, please contact us. We thank you for your interest in ACTS.

Yours sincerely,
