Patient organizations play a critical role in supporting, educating, and advocating for their communities. One of the most important ways they advance their mission is by building patient registries and generating real-world insights that accelerate understanding of disease, improve care, and strengthen advocacy efforts.

However, sustaining participation in these initiatives remains a major challenge. Too often, registries and engagement programs rely on one-time surveys or disconnected interactions that ask patients to contribute data without providing meaningful value in return. Over time, this can lead to fatigue, declining participation, and missed opportunities to deepen understanding of the patient experience.

At the same time, the role of patients in healthcare is rapidly evolving. With the rise of AI, digital health tools, and on-demand access to information, patients are becoming increasingly proactive in managing their health, interpreting symptoms, and seeking personalized support. Expectations are shifting toward experiences that are continuous, relevant, and actionable in daily life—not just episodic engagement tied to research initiatives.

This shift creates an important opportunity for patient organizations to evolve their role: from primarily collecting insights from patients to becoming a trusted, ongoing source of support, education, and personalized guidance. In this new landscape, organizations that can provide direct day-to-day value while responsibly generating patient insights are better positioned to sustain engagement, strengthen trust, and grow more meaningful data ecosystems.

This webinar introduces Patient Experience (PX), a patient-facing digital support and engagement platform designed to help patient organizations meet these changing expectations in a practical and scalable way. PX enables organizations to provide patients with tools that help them better understand and manage their condition through:

• Symptom tracking and progress monitoring
• Tailored education and resources
• Personalized insights based on patient-reported and digital health data

By shifting from transactional interactions to a more continuous support experience, PX helps patients better understand patterns in their condition, take a more active role in their care, and bring more informed perspectives into conversations with healthcare providers.

For patient organizations, this creates a more sustainable model for engagement, one where supporting patients and generating meaningful insights are no longer separate activities, but part of the same connected experience. Rather than asking patients to contribute data solely for future research value, organizations can create feedback loops where the information patients share directly benefits them in return.
