Susan Hill is senior vice president, product management and engineering, for the AI and Technology Solutions (ATS) business. She’s responsible for IQVIA’s patient, site, payments, safety, QARA, commercial and legacy product suites, driving differentiated roadmaps and engineering excellence to deliver market-leading solutions. Susan also leads our technology partnership team. 

Most recently, Susan served as vice president, Product Management, Digital Product and Solutions. Prior to that, she led product management as vice president and general manager of IQVIA Commercial Technology offerings and held senior-level roles in business development, product management and new technology investment and optimization.

Prior to joining IQVIA in 2018, Susan was a member of AHM’s executive team, responsible for leading AHM’s Global Technology Solutions Group, as well as the company’s Marketing team. Prior to AHM, she was responsible for strategic consulting engagements at EMC Consulting. Before EMC, Susan worked at Cegedim/Dendrite, where she held a number of senior management positions including vice president, Implementation & Client Services, global account director, and director, Global Product Management & Strategic Marketing.

Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Management from Johns Hopkins University.
