Pete Groves is executive vice president of AI and Technology Solutions (ATS) for IQVIA. In this role, he leads IQVIA’s global technology, analytics and AI innovation to deliver transformative solutions that enhance customer decision-making, boost efficiency and accelerate growth. In addition to this role, Pete serves as the chair of IQVIA’s AI Transformation Council.

Previously, he led Global Commercial Offerings for the Commercial Solutions business, where he was responsible for driving product strategy and go-to-market support for our commercial clients, shaping the evolution and innovation of our offering catalog to deliver integrated solutions worldwide.

Pete joined IQVIA in 2024 as senior vice president and General Manager for the Technology and Enterprise Enablement business in the United States and Canada regional business unit.

Before joining IQVIA, Pete was a senior vice president at Publicis Groupe, where he led the Healthcare Strategy practice of the Publicis Sapient division. Prior to his role at Publicis Groupe, Pete was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the “New Ventures” group that drove product development and tech enablement of McKinsey’s services to healthcare clients. He was previously a senior vice president at the hedge fund Bridgewater Associates.

Pete has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
