Michael Knolker is senior vice president, Tax and Treasurer. In this role, Mike is responsible for IQVIA’s global tax profile and overseeing the treasury function.

Mike joined IQVIA in 2012 and has held various roles of increasing responsibility within IQVIA’s tax group. Prior to his current role, Mike served as senior vice president, Tax, where he was responsible for global tax structuring, modelling, tax compliance and tax provision. Prior to joining IQVIA, Mike was a tax auditor at the New York State Department of Tax and Finance.

Mike has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Connecticut State University and a Master of Science degree in taxation from Northeastern University, as well as an LLM in tax from Georgetown Law School.
