Harietta Eleftherochorinou

VP, Corporate Development & Innovation Hub Global Lead

Dr. Harietta Eleftherochorinou is VP, Corporate Development and the global lead for the IQVIA Innovation Hub , with over 15 years of expertise in designing and delivering scalable and sustainable ML/AI applications. 

Prior to IQVIA, she served as the Data Science and Advanced Analytics Lead in Deloitte, and the Analytics and Informatics Lead in Public Health Informatics for Imperial College, the UK National Health System and Big Pharma. Highlights of her work include the integrated analytics roadmap on Personalized Healthcare for over 20 healthcare organizations across Europe, USA and Africa; large-scale big data lake implementations for ML-led applications in pharma; real-world ML/AI platforms for scalable disease diagnostics, disease progression and treatment. 

She has achieved multiple distinctions, including prestigious Welcome Trust and European Union FP7 awards for early research on ML/AI-led diagnostics, the Deloitte Outstanding Achievement and the UK Cloud Award of the Year on Innovation in Big Data Analytics. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, she is invited as a speaker to several forums, including Women in Leadership and Technology, Women Who Code; she holds an MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Hons), an MSc in Bioinformatics & Systems Biology (Distinction) and a PhD in Medicine from Imperial College London. Dr. Eleftherochorinou has published multiple scientific papers in world class, peer reviewed scientific journals. She lives in London, UK.
