The program is open to start-ups – irrespective of stage - with a released product and preferably value proof-points through client engagements. The focus of the program is to accelerate impact of the selected innovative solutions in the healthcare market by tapping into IQVIA’s ecosystem. 

Key areas of interest are:

  • Online marketplaces
  • Remote devices
  • Health management solutions
  • Medical education
  • Research / clinical trials solutions

The official program language is English.
Yes. The program is open to start-ups registered and based in Europe.

We review each company’s application thoroughly. In particular, we look for companies with an innovative idea or product that is demonstrable, and backed by both implementation and existing customer experience.

  • Applications will be evaluated across five criteria:
    • Value proof-points through client engagements
    • Degree of innovation influencing the healthcare eco-system
    • A team that can deliver
    • Value propositions that connect with IQVIA capabilities and services
    • Scalability across different global (IQVIA) markets 
We intend to send official responses post the application closure date within the first week of August. We might get in touch with you, should there be gaps or questions in your submission.
Start-ups will be mentored by IQVIA's network of experts and paired up with a sponsor, based on their area of focus. There will be regular touch-points, joint activities and reviews to take their solution to the next level, in an effort to help accelerate the impact in the market.
There are paths forward to be explored as an IQVIA accelerator alumni, IQVIA partner or opportunities for access to our financial capital. Additionally, there are other benefits which will be shared during the program.
Start-ups should be willing to work from IQVIA premises during certain periods of the program which will be defined. They may choose to work from a remote location but should be willing travel to Frankfurt for the launch event.
This is a non-equity-based accelerator program. No funding will be provided during the program, but opportunities for access to our financial capital could be unlocked after the program. The program is a platform for start-ups willing to utilize the IQVIA’s insights, market access and unique knowledge, pipeline and partnerships to support their growth.
