At IQVIA, we believe that fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose strengthens our mission to accelerate innovation for a healthier world.

Growth

We remain focused on fostering a workplace where opportunity and advancement are accessible to everyone. Developing and progressing talent within our organization.

  • Our Aspire'25 event ran over two days and focused on the theme: The Power of Collaboration: Better Together. This was a great opportunity to explore how collaboration empowers IQVIANs to deliver greater impact and help people live longer, healthier lives.
  • Our Talent & Learning hub provides resources for all learning and career development needs and aspirations, and we continue to create more offerings to help our team build and advance their skills.
  • There are 41 Apprenticeships in progress across the UK.
  • Over 100 IQVIANs signed up to our STEM Ambassador Programme, supporting schools & community groups. Through their passion for Life Sciences, they have inspired the next generation, parents and education professionals, connecting with over 11,000 people and delivering more than 300 hours of engagement.
  • Career Connections, our AI-driven talent marketplace, was integrated into our HR system to help all employees shape their careers. In addition with SkillSync, an AI driven tool that leverages internal and external skills data to manage employees’ skills directly in the HR system, employees get at their fingertips opportunities (jobs, mentorships, projects) and learning paths aligned to their skills and aspirations and support their career growth.

Belonging

We create a culture of belonging by valuing the perspectives of all talented employees worldwide and providing them with the opportunity to thrive at IQVIA.

  • Our UK Q4 2025 Employee Pulse Survey results show 75.3% of our employees reporting feeling engaged, a slight drop from 79% in the Q4 2024 survey.
  • IQVIA launched the Global Recognition Week Initiative in 2025, taking place in June and December. The initiative shines a spotlight on colleagues, who proactively collaborate and help make IQVIA a great place to work, strengthening our connection, appreciation, and sense of belonging.
  • Membership of our 10 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) continues to expand and provide a sense of community, network and additional option for professional development.
  • Our growing external partnerships with social enterprises for those less advantaged continue to support community engagement and social impact, including continuing to gift Apprentice Levy funding to external Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to provide training and remove barriers to work for those less advantaged.
  • Our teams participated in over 541 IQVIA days in 2025, volunteering their time to support local charities and communities.

Under the UK Government’s regulations, we are required to report certain gender pay information for all entities with 250 or more employees; in IQVIA, we have three legal entities that meet this criteria, the results of all three are outlined below.

In the following charts, the term ‘median’ represents the comparison of the middle number in a sorted list arranged in value order from lowest to highest for each gender. The term ‘mean’ represents the comparable average hourly earnings by gender.

These charts also show the gender distribution in each of the three entities across four equal pay quartiles.

As a reminder, the disclosures required by the gender pay gap law measure the difference between the average earnings of all employees, who identify as men and women, irrespective of their role or seniority, within the statutory quartiles. They do not reflect equality of pay for equal roles.
