Additional Ventures partnered with IQVIA to design and build the SOURCE Study, a large-scale genomics and clinical registry for individuals with single ventricle heart disease. The platform enables both direct-to-participant and in-clinic enrollment, supports genetic sequencing and clinical data integration, and provides a de-identified dataset (reSOURCE) that will be made available to researchers globally. This collaboration is accelerating discovery in an under-resourced disease area while returning value to patients and families through ongoing study updates and secondary genetic results.
