IQVIA is updating its analysis of the 340B program’s financial impact on state healthcare purchasers, including employers, workers, and managed Medicaid plans. This refreshed study builds on prior research and reflects more than 41 percent growth in the program since the original assessment.

Using drug claims and health plan premium data, the study will deliver a white paper outlining methods, findings, and key insights, along with 50 state summaries to support policymakers and stakeholders evaluating 340B’s impact.

Findings will be released in July 2026.
