Duane Sachs is senior vice president, Corporate Development, for IQVIA, overseeing all merger, acquisition, divestiture, partnership and investment evaluation and execution. Duane joined IMS Health, IQVIA’s predecessor company, in 2013 in this role.
Prior to IMS Health, Duane served for five years as chief corporate development officer for Carestream Health, the business created from the carve-out of the Kodak Health business by Onex. At Carestream, he established and led the corporate strategy and merger and acquisition teams. Prior to Carestream, Duane was a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group at Banc of America Securities.
Duane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
