The relationship between IQVIA and Salesforce was first established in 2004, dating back to IQVIA's legacy Quintiles business, and one of Salesforces’ earliest enterprise installations within the Life Science vertical. Since 2004, IQVIA has continued to expand the trust worthy and reliable partnership with Salesforce. Today, IQVIA is one of Salesforces’ largest customers and industry partners, globally. IQVIA and Salesforce have agreed to partner across the Healthcare and Life Sciences value chain, focusing on Industry Data + Deep Industry Experience + Platform Technology. This partnership enables both organizations to provide game changing and transformative value to Life Sciences’ and Medical Device organizations, as well as Providers and Payers.

Due to the nature of IQVIA’s unique business model, IQVIA has the rare opportunity to harness our industry specific intellectual property (IP) to develop custom technology solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform and battle-test for pin point accuracy within the world's largest CRO/CSO. Furthermore, as those technologies become available for IQVIA’s customer, they are able to leverage seamlessly within their existing IT environment.

As part of IQVIA’s strategic partnership with Salesforce, IQVIA maintain compliance and certification for multiple Salesforce technologies, which includes, but not limited to, force.com, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud and MuleSoft.
