  • Over 150 of our employees signed up to our STEM Ambassador Programme, supporting 220 schools & community groups, using education to share our passion for Life Sciences with the next generation
  • We’ve had over 130 attendees on our Hiring Excellence training, which includes unconscious bias awareness and avoidance training

  • Our Aspire ‘22 hybrid people conference across EMEA, included over 200 local activities in the UK, offering development experiences to build connections, careers, and a healthy work experience
  • We introduced Career Connections, our AI-driven talent marketplace, providing easy access to all to explore new roles, projects and mentoring partnerships
  • Our Talent & Learning Hub provides resources for all our employee learning and career development needs, and was visited over 80,000 times, with 102,019 E-Learnings completed in the UK over 12 months
  • Our Apprenticeship framework provides new opportunities for individuals to gain new formal qualifications while employed

  • Our UK Q4 2022 Employee Pulse Survey results shows 78% of employees reporting feeling engaged, consistent with our 2021 results
  • Our teams participated in over 420 IQVIA days, volunteering their time to support local charities and communities
  • We’re leveraging technology, such as Viva Insights, to help colleagues improve efficiency to create a better work-life balance by providing personalized recommendations and insights to build healthier work habits
  • We’ve also launched our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) reinforcing our One IQVIA culture

Under the UK Government’s regulations, we are required to report certain gender pay information for all entities with 250 or more employees; in IQVIA we have three such legal entities outlined below.

In the following charts, the term ‘median’ represents the comparison of the middle number in a sorted list arranged in value order from lowest to highest for each gender. The term ‘mean’ represents the comparable average hourly earnings by gender.

The charts above also show the gender distribution in each of the three entities across four equally-sized pay quartiles.

As a reminder, the disclosures required by the gender pay gap law measure the difference between the average earnings of all employees who identify as men and women, irrespective of their role or seniority, within the statutory quartiles.
