This system is available to the following groups:
- Shareholders and members of the management or supervisory bodies;
- Employees and persons working under the supervision or direction of contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers;
- Former employees;
- Trainees, whether paid or unpaid;
- Individuals whose employment or contractual relationship has not yet begun but who obtained relevant information during recruitment or pre-contractual processes;
- Any other individuals who have acquired information in a work-related context as defined under Law 2/2023.
To obtain instructions on how to submit a report, eligible individuals may contact: whistleblowing_spain@iqvia.com with "IQVIA Spain Infringement Report - request for instructions" in the subject.
Please note:
- This email address is for access requests only.
- Once eligibility is verified, the Reporting Officer will provide instructions for submitting a report.
- Reports are treated confidentially, and retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Members of the public who do not fall within the categories listed above may use the External Reporting Channel administered by the Autoridad Independiente de Protección del Informante (A.A.I.), once operational, in accordance with Law 2/2023.
The Company does not accept reports from individuals who do not fall within the scope of Law 2/2023. The internal reporting system is not a public channel.
Irrespective of whether a concern can be reported under the local Spain whistleblowing channel, you can still choose to report your concern through IQVIA’s Ethics Line (iqviaethics.com). If you choose to submit the concern through the Ethics Line, the concern will be handled according to IQVIA’s standard process.
