IQVIA is updating its analysis of the 340B program’s financial impact on state healthcare purchasers, including employers, workers, and managed Medicaid plans. This refreshed study builds on prior research and reflects more than 93 percent growth in the cost to employers nationally since the original assessment. Additionally, 340B costs state managed Medicaid programs $4.2 billions in terms of displaced rebates in 2025.
