This poster presents a cross-validation of the IQVIA Core Obesity and Diabetes Model (CODM) against the established Core Diabetes Model (CDM). Using a simulated cohort over 20 years, the study compares clinical outcomes and cost-effectiveness for a hypothetical HbA1c-lowering intervention. Results show high concordance between the models in most physiological and clinical outcomes, supporting the reliability of CODM for evaluating long-term health and economic impacts in populations with obesity and type 2 diabetes.
