Our commitment to belonging at IQVIA is further reflected in our Respectful Workplace Policy and our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Our ERGs support IQVIA’s values and goals and foster the different perspectives and experiences required for innovation. They provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, opportunities for mentoring, and professional development.

Each of our ERGs are entirely employee-led, voluntary and open to all employees.

Black Leadership Network (BLN)

BLN is open to all employees and aims to maintain a supportive community that fosters professional development, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and business success for Black employees.

Disability and Carers (DCN)

DCN aims to grow awareness and appreciation for both the accomplishments and challenges faced by the disabled community.

Emerging Professionals Network (EPN)

EPN builds community among leaders and emerging professionals through networking, personal development and volunteerism in order to pave the way for IQVIA's future growth and success.

Living with Illness, Focus and Togetherness (LIFT)

LIFT is a vibrant community of IQVIANs dedicated to supporting colleagues affected by chronic ill health. Whether living with a chronic condition, caring for someone who is, or simply interested in chronic illness, LIFT offers a safe and supportive space to connect with others across the globe.

Multi-Faith Network (MFN)

MFN fosters a culture of openness and belonging and provides a place where IQVIA employees can connect with people of different faiths or no faith for mutual support.

PRIDE Group

PRIDE supports the ability for all people at IQVIA to be their authentic selves by fostering a culture of belonging for LGBTQIA+ employees.

Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage Group (REACH)

REACH aims to create a supportive and collaborative community for IQVIA employees who represent racial, ethnic and cultural minorities across the globe.
